Welcome to the CSA at Layz S Ranch! We offer fresh, locally-grown, virtually chemical free* produce available for purchase through our CSA.
What is CSA?
CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) is a way for the food-buying public to create a relationship with a farm and to receive a weekly basket of produce.
Members purchase annual shares in the farm's harvest and, in return, receive a food basket full of fresh, locally-grown produce once a week from late spring through early winter. The weekly harvest is shared between all members, with variety and quantity varying with the time of year (produce schedule).
When you join, you are not just buying fresh vegetables; you are supporting sustainable farming practices and contributing to a reliable, healthy, local food supply while ensuring the success of a local farming operation.
What is a share?
A share is the portion of harvest you receive as a result of your CSA membership. We strive to provide a generous quantity of 6 – 10 different items each week. A Family Share is portioned to provide produce for four people. A Couples Share provides for two people. See order form for pricing and details.

*Our Promise
Our produce is exposed to no pesticides whenever possible. If situations arise, we use the least amount necessary, which is far less than that used on commercially grown produce sold at your local grocer.
